    My doctor say that if my potassium in my blood is too high I may have to go for dialysis because my kidney is failing me what should I do to stop it for getting too high?

    Talk to your doctor. We've already given you the list of foods to avoid that contain high potassium and the lists of foods that decrease potassium in your blood. We are not doctors. Ask your doctor if there's medication that can help.
