        Of course that is only true where daylight saving time is observed.

        not all countries observe daylight savings most lower latitude countries generally do not!

            The longest month in a year is either 31 days + 1 hour, or 31 days + 1 second, or just 31 days, depending on when daylight savings time (DST) and leap seconds are applied.
