      Sounds like tennis elbow. An over use of the elbow and forearm. See your doctor for proper treatment, pain management pills and possible therapy.

        I think it's bursitis. Try to rest it and put ice on it a few times a day. You might get a knot or a swelling there, that looks kinda like a bag. Then, you'll have to have it drained.

            Does your forearm go numb? That could be like "carpal tunnel" of the elbow. I had a trapped ulnar nerve released in my elbow & pain went away.

              ask your dr. if a straight-arm splint for sleeping would help...
