I have two cups in the morning and one cup at 3p.m. and one at 5p.m.(around those times). I need a lift in the mornings to get me motivated and I drink a cup of coffee if I get depressed. I drink ice water with my coffee to ward off dehydration. Caffeine will dehydrate you. If you want to wean yourself off of the caffeine do it gradually. If you don't wean yourself gradually you will become depressed according to my doctor. I drink caffeine soda at 8 p.m. to help me stay up til 10p.m. I sleep from 10p.m til 7.am. most nights.

I am right there with you on times and amount of coffee. I dont drink soda. I quit all caffine when I was pregnant and got very sick... MIGRIANES.... so dr told be to drink at least 1 dr.pepper a day. Now I am just a coffe cranberry juice and water girl.
