      Has she been spayed? If not, then she could be having a false pregnancy. Second, are you sure she's lactating? Are all teats producing a liquid? If not she may have an infection in the one(s) producing. She should be checked out by a vet.

            sounds like a pseudopregnancy, has she gained weight, and has her behavior changed at all?  Some become maternal and carry toys around that they never did, cuddle with them like their pups, etc.  Sometimes a cyst on the ovary can mimic the pregnancy, the vet could give her meds to correct this problem and take care of said cyst, if that is the cause.
