    how do i get rid of ugrade software

    i have a anti virus software ugrade that will not go away..it wont let bme do anythjing on my compouter...it keeps telling me im infected, my firtwall has been breached..etc. when i ask it to fix it..it wants money..when i tell it no..it says im infected...blah blah blah...can someone help me get this off my computer?

      Go to Programs, Accsessories, System tools, System restore. And follow from there and select a date previous to the upgrade you want to get rid of.
