    what is the safest way to bury a dog that passed away from parvo??

    I have other dogs and don't want them to get infected

    Dig the hole deep enough that the body can be properly buried. I'd go down at least 4 feet if not more. Place rocks on top to keep your other dogs from digging it up. Have your other dogs vet checked to be sure they do not have parvo too. If they were around the dog while he was a live and infected, there's a good chance they may have caught it. Clean thoroughly after touching the diseased dog.

    I'm sorry for your loss. It's hard losing the furry family members.
    i would dig him a grave about 4 ft deep, put him in a box or a trash bag and bury him. i might even sprinkle a little lime over him. that outhouse lime. not juice.

    Good suggestion with the lime.
    Get a body bag from the vet and bury him in that. If you are doing it in your yard, make sure the town you live in allows pet burials in your yard. Sorry about your loss.
