Isn't it also a mocking expression for the "upper class english"? Perhaps when a person tries to fake it, he has a stiff upper lip.
At the time of writing this song, AC/DC played some concerts with the Rolling Stones. There is many fotos of Keith Richards having a stiff upper lip when playing guitar. Maybe this songtitel is a friendly grin from AC/DC to Keith. Perhaps. Only few people know.
