Sorry for offending you :(
Meanwhile I found the answer by googleing the word and choosing the language tool. It pronunced the word Weiner, yes i did hear it. The reason I asked this question was because yesterday morning a news person - that was not supposed to be funny - was pronuncing the congressman Weiner name the way you pronunce Wiener - which I also googled and heard it.
