    What is the cause of a sore heel at the bottom of the foot?

    Not wearing shoes. Improper fitting shoes. Corns. Bone spurs. Foot fungus. That's all I can think of right now.
    could be hard skin DRY and Cracked or if see your Foot doctor
    Hard skin develops on heel. It can split and cause pain.
    My remedy: Get some very coarse sandpaper and rub heel until smooth, then apply a cream containing urea. Apply daily and use sandpaper as necessary.
    Or it could be Plantar Fasciatis. See a Podiatrist for sure.
    Could be a heel spur. I had one of those. Go to a podiatrist to be sure.
