theres nothing wrong with having money.. even, lots of it as long as you dont put it before god after all it all really belongs to him were just stewards some good some bad!

You are so wrong. God doesn't want you to suffer for lack of money. God never gave me an opportunity to make money, he gave me the ability to think on my own, how to make money. If I choose to cheat or rob, this is of my own doing.

FreedomFighter…I thought it was to make trade between towns more manageable. I liked the tone I used in the header…all that moral outrage…to draw a crowd. OK so lets play with the idea and see where it goes.

Just why exactly are you opposed to money as a currency that facilitates the transaction of goods and services between
parties ?

I suspect that your outrage is caused by the occasional cases where one of the parties is under-served by the monetary transaction which you attribute to greed.

Why do you assume that the barter system would eliminate that concern ? The same "thief" would simply demand, ask or swindle the other party into more corn, wine or whiskey to close the deal.

Finally, what does God have to do with this ?
