I honestly do not think an ALL water ONLY diet is a good thing at all. I am almost positive that by only ingesting water only can have some very serious disadvantages for sure. I am talking even deadly ones. However, replacing carbonated drinks & sugary beverages with water,along with a 'PROPER' diet can be highly beneficial and will most certainly help in achieving in one's weight goals. Strictly in my opinion.
