I love all cheese! Even limburger is one of my favorites. Used to watch cheesemakers at work when a teen (I lived two years in Wisconsin. Used to even be able to buy a gallon of fresh milk with the cream on top in glass containers...really yummy! There's a new cheese house here that recently opened up and only on Saturdays that has a really large selection....you can go in and eat cheese and crackers, fondue etc. or sample their many, many cheeses before buying...can't wait to go! (:

Is that the kind of cheese or name brand? I was wondering because I never heard of it and would like to try it?

    I love Brie with herbs.

I am glad you do Ann although I have tried Brie only once I am sorry I spit it out about as fast as I tasted it. I am glad you like it though.

Cheesy question Darci, lol. I have to say its mozzarella and colby jack, but I am lactose intolerant. I usually take enzymes so it doesn't wreak havoc on my gullet.

    Darci13

I know but I do love most cheese.
    leeroy

Just funning with you! I think I love cheese because I'm not supposed to eat it, lol.
