I'm glad you don't have them as often too, well I wish you'd never have anymore, they can get really bad. Thanks for the input.

Yes.. Last time I threw up 4 times cried twice all in a span of close to two days. Took a little over three days to get back to normal..

Hi Spaceghost ya they suck... thats what I do dark room no noise. They can hit me from 12 hrs to 3 days I only get them a few times a year.

    JDB

Thanks Spaceghost. There better now I use to get them all the time whenI was a kid. I think the weird part is I do still cry and I think at that time if someone would hand me a sledge hammer I would use it.

    Spaceghost

That's terrible JDB, I hope you're doing better, man those migraines are something else. The only way I get rid of mine is to get in a completely dark room with no noise and sleep it off. Take care my friend.

    Spaceghost

I have two friends that have them real bad, one lady stays in bed for days, feel so sorry for her, and the other takes a pill, don't know the name of it, it cost her $900 A pill. I'm happy that you don't have them that often. I WISH you didn't have them at ALL. Take care my friend.

    Spaceghost

Hey man I cry too, the pain is so intense, you can't help it.

    melandrupert

I remember having a migraine where that hitting my head on the wall was better than the pain I had from the migraine they are awful so I know how you are suffering I went to a clinic in London and it was called the Migraine clinic and they use to give me a valuum injection it did help I dont suffer as much as I use to I do get them from time to time and you must put yourself to bed in a dark room and try and sleep do hope this pass =es for you soon xx
My dear Spaceghost, I certainly can feel for you. I've had migraines since 13 yers old. (age now 67) Mine are horrible with all the symptoms. Thank God for IMITREX(prescription),which I founr out about in 1980. Ask your family doctor to prescribe it for you. Best wishes I hope it works for you.

Stay away from nitrates and nitrites too. They put them in everything but it helps if you can find food and drinks without them.

    Spaceghost

Thanks Roger, Thumbs up for that.

    Spaceghost

Darci13, Please don't let yourself get too stressed out, stress can be dangerous. Find a way to relax and take care of yourself and I know those migraines are no joke.
