    What level of prosecution he will be charged?

    If somebody points a gun at you and threatens that he will shoot you if you will not do whatever he asks you to do and + he is drunk but at the end he didn’t hurt anybody but got arrested, what level of prosecution he will be under?

        Felony Assault + other minor violations. If this is a California case, my guess is 10 years, 6 if no priors and Life if its a third felony. Gun crimes are hard time here.

          I agree with robertgrist, it really depends how good the evidence against the defendant is. Sometime they can get off relatively light through a plea bargain. Hopefully the evidence and witnesses are strong.
