    I cannot access my e-mail

    I've some problems signing into my old email account, so I change to anew e-mail address, but I'm having problem retriving those message and contact list from my old account

      If you can't log into your email then all you have to do press the link that says: fogot your email. Then answer the questoin. Then I think you can make a new password. If you remember your password and not your username then ask your friend your email.
