Take him outside with a slice of bread. Tell him to take a bite and swallow it. Then tell him to run around the yard to see if he can run faster. When he comes back, do the same thing. Pretty soon he will get tired and it will be nap time, maybe for the both of you

maybe find him a play mate to take the strees off you

let him tear up newspaper ... crumple up newspaper ... try to make a newspaper ball ... a newspaper hat ... a newspaper shirt ...
get colored chalk ... dip it in water ... paint on the side walk ... (dry works well too)
let him smell stuff in the kitchen ... the vinegar, the oranges, the cookies, the oil, .... whatever!
it's the process of him seeing you making fun things to do that works the magic ... i guess i'm too late to be of help to you, little miss ...
