    Wheter a person to whom an information was already given in past with acknowledgement can demand the same again under Right of Information Act 2005? Whether it is coumpulsory to give the information under this Act?

    The person doesn't have to demand the same information under the Right to Know law. At this point, the information is public and anyone can obtain it, it is not secreted from public viewing any longer.
