I was very careful to avoid the button that would submit my subscription. I did nnopt subscribe to the magazine, but they are billing me anyway for a 6 month subscription. I consider it fraudulent. To whom can I refer the matter?

      No credit card given? What's to worry? Just don't pay it. For your records, send them an email telling them what happened and keep a copy just in case.

          If you used a credit card, call the credit card company and tell them to not pay this company. There should be a contact number for the company on your credit card bill. Call them and tell them to cancel the subscription.

            better business bureau for starts (if that even does any good!) If you used a credit card and I don't suppose you did if you were careful...simply ignore emails, postal mails etc....they're just trying to get your moolah...magazine and record subscriptions do not reflect on your credit record if not paid...(:

                Then there's no way they can charge you if they have no banking or credit card info. Just ignore the e-mails.
