What is the "MS Removal Tool" virus? How can I get rid of it? How can I kill it?

The MS Removal Tool simulates a problem: it pretends that your executable files are corrupted, puts up copies of error screens, and says that you must buy the MS Removal Tool to fix the "problems" that it created. Any time that you select an icon, MS Removal Tool tells you that that program's executable file (*.exe file) is corrupted.—Shoe

If you'd like to remove "MS Removal Tool", follow these steps:

1. Restart your computer and load it in "Safe Mode with Networking" (press F8 a few times before Windows comes up to open the "Windows Advanced Options Menu").
2. download this anti-malware software: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and perform a full scan on your computer.

That's it. Malwarebytes will detect MS Removal Tool and remove it.
You can try other anti-malware softwares as well and install them in the same way (from safe mode with networking)

I recommend changing the name of the Malwarebytes to a different name, because sometimes MS Removal Tool recognize anti-maleware softwares that users try to install and doesn't allow you to install them.
