Within a few days of my going on sickness leave (FEB 2008) I recieved a telephone call from the welfare officer. The welfare officer made a request to visit my home as she wanted to discuss with me the events which left me with no other option but to visit my GP.The 1st week in March she came into my home. I recall quite a lot of what we discussed that day. The welfare officer came over quite honest and genuine that day. said that she would report back to HR and get back to me. The welfare officer apparently just vanished into thin air, left the emploment before I resumed my work and I have never seen her since she left my home that day. As she did not get back to me regarding my issues I consider it only fair that as it relates to my medical situation I recieve the report that was submitted on my behalf,They tell me that they are not required to do manual search for anything that is not included in my personnel records. I believe that the report should be included in my personnel records and it is because of the contents of the report that I am being denied this.Scottish Public Authority Employer (Scottish law)
