Internet Explorer blocks sites according to your security settings. To change your settings in IE 7 or 8 go in IE to Tools > Internet Options > Security. There are 4 security zones for websites: Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, Restricted Sites. You can add or remove sites from the list.

To add a website to a zone, say the Internet security zone: When you're viewing the website you want to ad, go to your Security settings tab. Select the zone > Sites > Advanced > Add this website to the security zone. (If the site is not a secure site (HTTPS), uncheck the box 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone'.) > OK.

To remove a site from a zone, say the Restricted Sites security zone: Go to the zone > Sites > Website : remove the site from the list > OK.
