Didn't he say,"I am the smartest man in (Greece)?" The patrons of the city were astounded at the quote, until he explained, " I am the smartest man in (Athens), because I realize I know nothing." ???
Ignorance is bliss, as well as knowledge is truth, that's a famous author Leeroy. p.s. check out the picture,"Coyote" yet?

I looked at it but can't tell what it say's. I saw that you wrote the chemtrail guy will like this one so, "Jesus loves you through his chemtrails" is my guess.
There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance.
no it goes against everything true with philosophy.. there is never 'only one' of anything. There is always infinite possibilities. In many circumstances his statement may be true though.

"There is infinite good, knowledge, and infinite evil, ignorance"
would be more philosophically correct?
aah! I see said the blind man. That's very true there are many good things besides knowledge.
My meaning was more towards the idea of knowledge being the only thing that's good. That's folly! love is better than knowledge. Same with imagination.
I'll have to think about that if I'm able.
I think the ignorance is useless part is backwards though, I think it is very usefull to those with the knowledge so maybe the whole (There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance) statement is backwards according to whom is in possession of the knowledge?
