    "NO" means no, dont let peer pressure get the best of you. somtimes its hard to say no but consider the best out come before you make any decisions
    Forcefully and with conviction! You'll get better answers if your question isn't so generalized..Depends upon what you are saying no to someone about for a more succinct answer...(:
    I can only speak from experience and tell you to learn how to do it fast. If you are a people pleaser you will have a difficult time being happy yourself.
