    3. community care grant? I have a shortfall on my late wifes funeral bill, Half has been paid by bereavment grant .I have been told that as I am disabled and my late wife was my carer I can apply for a community grant for the rest of the funds to pay the est off, is this so?

      I don't know where you're from, but I think you should contact the social services department of the county where you live.

        very likely yes , callyour local social services dept. Additionally you should be able to recive at least $250.00 from social security. have a case worker handle this for you. case worker will need some financial info from you.
