    what kind of virus, spyware, malware are you using? I just tried the ESED NOD32.

    I just used the one above for the last month. I think it was okay, I just never knew what it was doing.

    One of the best antivirus programs out there and it is free is Microsoft Security Essientials. I have been using it for a couple of years and I have not got one virus. Download load it from the Microsoft download Center.

    I am using Clam and Klam antivirus . These are very good.
    I am using Registry winner and speeding up my PC for the virus cleaner also I have Double anti-spy for spyware.

    Although you have to pay for them, they are very good.

    I use Avast on the laptop, (free off the net) and Panda on the desktop (also free) you can upgrade both these for more comprahensive protection, if you wish to pay, I havn't  and have found them both to be quite good
