I tutor with Children that are Develoily delayed. I felt usign something like a Tablet would be perfect to use to reinforce Multi-sensory education. No two students learn the same way so I purchased the Dell Tablet and I was promised with call backs by over 9 customer service staff and their superivisors!!!
I strongley believe this is disgusting and irresponsible of both Tmobile and Dell who makes the tablet. I have been paying 45.00 a month for the Tablet and have not been able to use it at all. I purchased a new Data cord and it did not work either. No one either from Tmobile nor Dell with take accountability for this "LEMON", That's all I want is it replaced or serviced and fixed and I can't even get that. When I speak with a new C.S. Rep. they are so supportive and give me all these hopes of rectifying this awful situation for a LOYAL 15 YEAR CUSTOMER, that has NEVER BEEN LATE ONE TIME!!!!!
So, Would it benefit getting a Lawyer to handle this?
