take the fish out, then scrub the sides with a scrubby pad that has a little baking soda on it. Or better yet, drain the pond, then put a litle vinegar , or Dutch Cleanser on a scrbby . Then scrub the sides and bottom of pond, wherever algea occurs. Then, rinse it really good, and refill it. The pond should be in a shaded area, so as not to grow a lot of algea in it. If it's not under a tree, then put big umbrellas or something around it.
