      the yellow stuff means you have an infection. The red vomit needs to be looked at right away by a doctor; even if you think it's not blood, it could be blood tinged liquid of some sort.

        take it to the emergency room if it's not doctor hours. we just can't say anything because we might be wrong and you might be gone. it may not be serious but you don't know and neither do i. always check.
