How did my post end up as an answer er... whatever, comment?? Answer?? I'm confused-- It was s'posed to be under Ricks answer on the next page.

Research Tami. I disagreed with your faiths belief of my sexuality. I disagreed with it's belief that it is a sin. Go back to when you first posted in the HOMOSEXUAL THREAD. I was defending my life from YOUR religion.

Get a grip..we all have our own opinions and some folks will "read" something into an answer to a question that is truly not their way of thinking...don't think you are being attacked..this forum is so "wide open" so to speak that one has to deal with opinions from ALL OVER!

There's a few reasons as to why I made this decision It's been coming for a week. A lot of it does have to do with religion. What all the Christians don't realize is that I became a target for each of them due to my sexuality. Think of how many of them there are here and from the start I've had to defend myself to each of them (shy a few Christian members here who don't really care). Then the nasty ones would pop up, then there are the ones who claim that they only promote the love of Christ but I didn't see them shut down the nasty ones, the ones not practicing what they preach.

I felt surrounded by hypocrites. That became dark and negative. Last night I fought with a real doozy. I have yet to see a Christian tell her she was wrong for telling me my father is Lucifer and I was going to burn in hell among other things. She got ugly. Jenn and dh even had to step in. Then there's the fights I've seen between others here. People I like and it made me sad to see people leave because of the fight. There are others who have left, good people who I enjoyed who left because they couldn't take all the bible stuff in every thread, religious or not.

I see a total lack of respect from people who are fly by night members. They show up only to cause sh!t. There's no moderation here and it gets out of control with the fighting. That's dark and negative. I'd rather leave than to add to that negativity. There's more but this is too long now. Just know, it wasn't only one reason, there are few. I just wanted to help people. I also felt the need to defend my sexuality. Some people are of the opinion I should have just kept my moth shut and let homosexuality just be torn apart by the haters.

I wasn't about to do that just to make them feel OK with their hate.
