do you trust wikipedia enough for research?

not sure how many people use it. Some people I know, including teachers, say not even the person that created it trust it. they say its because you can edit it, and post any thing when you edit information.

It sorta depends on what I'm researching.
If it's for school though, I don't use it.
I trust it as long as it's saying what I've already known. But if it's a topic I'm unfamiliar with, I'll compare wiki-pedia to other pages that offer expatiation/definitions/information of the topic. I've not found a time yet where wiki-pedia had the information wrong and I use it a lot, especially here.

its seems to me they are pretty accurate
