Very good question and the short answer is 'yes!'

Has a friend ever told you you’ve got a good voice? Maybe you’ve thought when watching a television commercial: ‘I’d like to record voiceovers.’
Many people think that a good voice is enough to qualify them as a voiceover.? That’s like saying that having ten fingers qualifies you to play the piano for the Philharmonic Orchestra. Obviously that doesn’t make sense!
