I've been away for a short while. When did they start with this new format? It's going to take some getting used to.
kangaroo steak. awesome.
moose/elk, awesome.
horse, bit gamey but not bad.
squid cooked in its ink, very nice but you can tell you have ingested ink the next day (black poo)
frogs legs, tastes like chicken!

I've had the frogs legs. It's been a while though. Can't remember exactly what they tasted like. Had calamari in a casserole once. It was good. I'd like to try the kangaroo and moose. They sound good. Does the moose taste like venison? I've had that and impala.
I was in Singapore recently and I tried, "tried" being the operative word a local fruit the name of which escapes me but I am sure others will tell me. Not being rude this stuff smells like shit and even though I have never tried it, tastes like shit. The hotels ban taking this fruit into the rooms because the stink lasts forever.My daughter and I tried it just to find out. The fruit is the colour of paw paw and has a slimy feel,

The neighborhood where I grew up in FL, used to be mango groves, they are great cut into small pieces and chilled in the fridge.
