Printing Your Calendar

You can print any view of your calendar—day, week, month, and year—and you can print an individual event.

Here’s How

To print a view:

Display the view you want to print by selecting an option from the View button.





The view changes based on the button you click.

Click the Print button.





The print page for that view opens as well as the print window.

Click the OK button in your computer’s print window.


To print an event:

Find the event you want to print.

Right-click the event, then select Print Event from the menu.




The print page for the event opens as well as the print window.

Click the OK button in your computer’s print window.
