Puppies will grow out of the biting. It's just something they do. They have no idea it hurts the one they bite. It just feels good for their little teeth. They are too young to be taught, so don't expect them to understand no for more than a few seconds. Just like young toddlers bite, puppies will bite. Just be patient and wait for them to out grow it. You can keep correcting them by gently saying no and giving them a chew toy like FF said but it will take a few months for the meaning of "no" to start setting in to their little minds.

One thing we used to do with my puppy is every time he would bite or try to bite one of us, we would GENTLY (but firm enough to get the message across) tap his nose and say a firm "No." It worked. He got in the habit of not biting people! (:

I don't agree with the tapping. It might not hurt but it could make some breeds of dogs hand shy when a hand comes near their face (especially the more nervous type dogs). Dogs respond very well to the different changes in tone in a person's voice.
I see your point. It's what my dad told us to do. I personally used to think it tickled when our puppy would nibble on our fingers. (: Until his teeth came in more... then it started hurtin a lil bit. xD
