      They've done it in Egypt and other countries during uprising and war time. I suppose it's theoretically possible. It would have to be a world wide effort with a lot of man power. Or maybe one great hacker?

        The internet means freedom, so if they shut down the internet then hopefully the last people would wake up. =]
