Sorry I couldn't help you much then. Maybe someone else here can help you out. I took only 2 years of Spanish in high school and that was 33 years ago or so.
I'm thinking that it's someone reassuring some people that things are OK now(maybe there was some sort of worry going on), and they can all relax and stop worrying.
