    Now, what does your question have to do with allergy medicine as you have it tagged?
    One in a million relates to odds (chance). Say there are 1 million balloons but only one of those balloons has a prize in it. You have one of the balloons in your hand. You have a one in a million chance that your balloon contains the prize.

    It's a form of stating the odds, 'you have one chance in a million to win'. people use it generically to state that the odds is very slim. Who wants a 'million to one' odds?
    first a million of what? dogs, horses, cucarachas, insectos, piedras, etc. I think the answer depend of the product.Can you count the snowflakes? One in a Miliion?
