The size has been probably reduced to accommodate the brain of the people who still smoke despite all the evidence as to the health risks. If you feel the health risks are not true why do the makers comply with regulations re warnings on packets. If the warnings are wrong the makers would fight it in the courts, Yes I was a smoker before you ask.
