Hi Marmite sorry you are aching why dont you seek medical advise also when you start to age your body needs to work harder to keep moving the only answer is walk at least 20 mins a day at least 5 times a week you will notice the differece in about 3 days go on give it a go, by the way do you love Marmite or hate it, I love it. Ah thats a really nice name and what colour is Marmite! we have just got Kitten we called her Phoebe I love her to bits if she were a chocolate she would have been eaten by now she is adorable

I would like to think there is no such thing as OLD AGE there is old age but I think you are as old as you feel I remember when I was in my twenties and I was depressed and wasnt keeeping fit I felt I was in my 70s its all in the mind so my advice is P M A and it really works and also exercise mel
Do you wear jewellery or a watch that might be leaching through your skin? I have just removed some cheaper pierced ear rings that i've constantly worn for 2 1/2 yrs with no other symptoms other than constantly aching bones & joints. I also thought it was just an aging body and had been taking all sorts of vitamins & supplements. It's only taken 1 week to feel a difference!
