Thank doublehelix I have learned a lot in 79yrs ,and yes, all in all it has been fun, not always pleasant but hey! into every life a little rain must fall :)
doublehelix if your comment was for me I have been ctiticised that many times there is no way I could list them. But life has been fun and hopefully I learned from the both types of criticism I have received over the past 10 decades.Cheers.

well, that's all that counts, the ability to learn from them :) and it's good to hear that life has been fun :) hope it'll always stay like that.
There are two types of criticism, constructive and destructive. I try to give constructive criticism if I feel it can help the other person or persons. As I wrote on another area of this site "If you can`t take criticism then don`t criticise others. The dictionary describes it as "to discuss the merits or otherwise of a thing, person etc etc" or to "express ones` opinion on-----" My comments to you are in no way intended to criticise you or your comments to me. You will notice in Australia we spell criticise with a "s" not a"z" Cheers.
