Are you sure you are thinking of Elizabeth Taylor the actress? There was another Elizabeth Taylor who lived in England and she was a novelist. She is referred to as the original Elizabeth Taylor in this article. I'll see if I can find a list of titles to the books she wrote as this article does not include them.

I've checked and I can not find anything for you that says Elizabeth Taylor wrote a book called Winnie the Pooh when she was young. Whatever you were reading that claimed that doesn't appear to be anywhere on the internet.
