      In your web page, select the "edit" tab and click on "select all". after all the text in your desired webpage has been selected, go to the word page, and select the "edit" tab again. Then click on "paste special" and paste it as any format that suits you from the list (usually 3 options: HTML, unformatted text or unformatted unicode text).
