    Unless you want to vomit don't drink much water either.
    Abstaining from food and drink prior to undergoing a medical procedure that requires the stomach and or bladder to be empty. Some X-Rays included. This is normaly 12 hrs but check with you professional.
    Some people forget that this also includes gum! Don't chew it on your way! ;)
    not eating or drinking anything except water.
    not eating or drinking for at least 12 hrs. If u need to take any medication, u can drink a little water but not much.
    no drinking or eating for 12 hrs but you can have water.
