Not funny Colleen it is near my meal time and you have made me hungrier than a horse. I am going to make these, did you know (how silly of me, you know everything) that macadamias are native to Queensland in Australia? There is a area just north of where I live where they grow wild. The town is named Bauple (bop--l) and the nuts are called Bauple nuts. The original English name was Queensland nut but it did not take off. History has it that a missionary took seedlings to Hawaii as a crop for the natives to grow. The name macadamia was introduced and the rest as they say is history. More useless stuff sent for no reason except to "talk" to you.xx
