Should Cream Boule' be refrigerated?
My niece made Creame Broule' for her grandparent, sent it over last night. My husband asked if it needed to be refrigerated and was told no. When I came into the kitchen this morning it was on the bar. I asked him what that was? I am afraid that my Mother-in-law and father-in-law might become sick because it was not refrigerated. I need to know because it has eggs and cream in it should it have been refrigerated?
Should a pudding/custard with cream and eggs be refrigerated after it cools?

i'm not sure if my last post sent but it doesn't look like it was. I'd like to change my answer a little because I did not see the message in it (i'm not sure why).
I would suggest not using it, just in case. The last thing you want is sick in-laws lol. Eggs and milk can go bad pretty fast in heat.
