I've been guilty of "topping-up" from my very first car.

I'm aware of everything else on the list,

I've never trashed the inside of my cars and I don't need to refer to a manual to know this either.

I used to 'top up' my tank until I heard years ago, that it's not a good idea. I'm aware of the rest.

I have heard of all of them,however we are a bit dumb in Aussie,we still have signs up "do not use mobile phones near petrol",at petrol stations..but i will top up my car if i am travelling a long distance..i used to have a diesel and a petrol car,,had to keep my head screwed on for that..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I just filled a plastic container about an hour and a half ago. It was on the cement. I have never, never overfilled my tank, not since my owners manual said not to. An attendant did it once. That will be the last time he does it. I clean out my car while the tank is filling. I tend to throw any trash over my shoulder when I’m in the driver seat.....
