    Did you ever stop payment on a check? If so, why, and how much was the financial institution's fee, if any?

    Yep, sure did. I was charged for correcting a computer problem that they wouldn’t have done without my account number and check number. Decided afterw that I didn’t need to have the solution so i canceled the check (big check) . I cost $23 or $26....

    Yes I have! A couple different checks appeared to have disappeared in the mail. My bank just called them "lost" and there was no fee!
