Work variety puzzle books before bedtime.

Challenge myself to see if I can manage to make the perfect cup of coffee every morning.

Compare the number of gray hairs  I brush out in my comb every morning to the new growth of gray hairs I see growing from my head.

Watching my Levothyroxine dosage continue to climb (thyroid medication).  It's gone from 88 mg 15 years ago to 125, and then 150, and now it's being raised to 17o or 175mg.

Wearing my reading glasses around my neck instead of keeping them on the table.

Embracing the Nocturnal leg cramps that I've been experiencing the past few months.

Going to bed a bit earlier at night and waking up earlier too.

Well, this is my shortlist.  I would add a few more "old people" things to my list, but I really need to powder my nose even though I powered my nose 20 minutes ago. (Isn't this an old person thing?) LOL :))

Terry, two years ago, I was just coming out of my 40's. Last month I turned 53, so I'm beginning to see/feel the aging process.
I had no idea that you have been keeping such close tabs on me. Let me know if you ever want to write a book about me (or you and me) because we could make a fortune. :))

Nocturnal leg cramps are not "old person". I've been getting them regularly since I was in my late teens. Magnesium helps. :)

P.S. All that other stuff? Yeah, you're pretty old. lol

Keep working on my pot gut..>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I use cash (as in real money) rather than a credit card or a debit card. That reminds me....last week I saw a young person, maybe 20, 21, get upset with the cashier. "What, she said, no tap?" When I got to the cashier who is probably in her 60s, she and I had a good laugh about the differences between the generations.     :)

I LIVE! That's what old people do!

Look at pretty young women. I can run after them, but my "catching days" are over.

In the spring I plant pretties. Give up come summer and curse about the weather.....

I sit at my window eating sweets and watching people come and go.
