I don't. That's why I'm 'out of balance'. :)

I'm trying to get over my anxiety about turning 70 by telling myself that I'm ok for now. And that I should just enjoy every day as it comes.

Ducky, a friend of mine and mentor, use to agonize over each decade. When he turned 30, 40, and 50. For months before and after his birthday he moped. he was fine other wise, but for those 4 months or so he was singing the blues.. I Never really understood why. Sadly Cancer got to him before he hit 60.
@JDB.....I once had a co-worker who was pacing, the day before her 30th, yes 30th birthday! I was 55 at the time, so you know what I thought about that. lol
I don't get it either JDB but I guess people worry about different issues for different reasons.

You can't dwell on the past. I've done some stupid things back in my younger days, never hurt anyone or damage anything, I guess I did try to drive a train once, but that's another story. But you can't live in the past. I know several people doing that and life dosent seem to be to good for them.
